University College Dublin
UCD School of Mathematial Sciences is pleased to announce a new M.A. degree in Statistics.
This program is intended for students with a numerical background but who may have insufficient background knowledge to gain entry to the MSc programme. The M.A. in statistics is of 16 months duration (4 semesters) and will bring students to the same level as the 1 year MSc degree in Statistics.
Currently students without sufficient background knowledge can attain Masters level proficiency by first completing the Higher Diploma in Statistics followed by the MSc in Statistics which together takes 2 years. The M.A. in Statistics provides an alternative pathway in 16 months.

National University of Ireland - Maynooth
Higher Diploma in Statistics at National University of Ireland Maynooth.
NUIM offers a one year full time (or two year part time) Higher Diploma in Statistics which is designed to bring students to the level of honours degree standard in Statistics. Students take a variety of courses to jointly develop their theoretical, applied and statistical software skills. A primary degree with a substantial component in Mathematics is required for entry.
